Computer and Digital Projector
We have retired the trusty overhead projector after many years of faithful service, although it still works and can be used on a Sunday if needed. This page describes the system with the computer, and who does what to use it. We use and are grateful for the free and 'mission-ware' software VideoPsalm.
Service leaders
Please email tech AT mhcc.asn.au with the order of service document as well as any extra material, as soon as you have it ready. A list of song numbers and names is enough, but if you have more, such as Microsoft Powerpoint slides, pictures, or a Youtube video link, then we need that information too. It would be great to have this by Friday night or perhaps Saturday afternoon - particularly if there is a video. We will then prepare the agenda for the computer program so that Sunday's computer operator can use it.
The current list of songs in the system is at Song List.

Speakers
As with service leaders, please send Microsoft Powerpoint slides or other material to the tech address in advance so we can add them to the agenda. If we have an outside speaker, then some communication would be helpful from the service leader or speaker contact, even if it is to say that they are bringing something and we will figure it out on the day.
Computer operators
When your Sunday comes up on the roster, please -
- Aim to arrive at 9:15am, roll out the desk out and follow the computer operator instructions at Documents and stuff. The computer password is handwritten on the printout of those instructions, at the desk.
- After the service, turn off the projector, unplug power and roll the desk away.
